I always bring my car to you for service....
I always bring my car to you for service. The new blonde in the pay dept had to check my ID when I paid for my car. This pissed me off, and the next time I come in for service, she will NOT see my ID. I have spent thousands of dollars with you and this was an insult! That place better change its ways.

oil change on 2006 corvette .I was told it...
oil change on 2006 corvette .I was told it would take a hour and a half it took two and a half hours . oil filter was not in stock and someone had to go get one . that took the extra hour . I had an appointment you knew i was coming you knew what car i was bringing so you should have been ready and had filter in stock .My service writer was great even went extra mile to answer some questions i had concerning my 1998 camaro that was nice . So if I had a complaint about my service experience it would be the extra hour . If your service teck knew there was going to be a extra hour they should have called to let me know . I came back to pick up my car after one and a half hours then had to wander around for the extra hour wile a sales man kept trying to sell me a over priced camaro . Since 1979 I have purchased 16 new GM cars and trucks . Your loyal GM customer Mark Crowe

The service far exceeded my...
The service far exceeded my expectations.The consultant was extremely helpful. When its time to buy a new car it makes me want to buy it from Concord Chevrolet.I dropped my car off at the dealership at 8:30am. The dealer provided a shuttle to Bart so I could get home. When I arrived home I discovered that my 2nd car was stolen while I was at work. The consultant called to give me a status report. When I informed him about the theft he expedited the repair so I could get to work. The overall experience was epitome of great customer service.

My service manager was terrific. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The only issue I had was after I came back to pick my vehicle up which was about 3 hours after he called to say the work was completed, I had to wait for about 15 minutes before they brought my car to me. Then the car wasn't even washed. No reflection on my service manager at all, but the turn around time to retrieve vehicles could be improved.
