Vehicle gas damage in the right front passenger's door I informed advisor and sent pictures same day on pick up. No one contacted me. I also requested pictures of the vehicle before and after service. No respond! Requesting again to provide pictures or video of the vehicle before and after service and explanation what happened and to repair the damages. Requesting manager to contact me ASAP

Oil change and tire rotation. They rotated. The tires told me the tires needed replacing.. charge me for the rotation, knowing I had to purchase new tires within a couple weeks.

Overall a really great experience at Concord Chevrolet. Service advisor Manny was very helpful and was able to provide me a loader vehicle once found out what the problem was with my vehicle and that it would take a week to get parts. They even washed my vehicle before returning it to me. And fully charged. Great service all around.

We brought our vehicle in to fix a problem where the vehicle doesn't recognize that the gear shift has been placed into park and the dashboard keeps saying, "shift to park". This was a problem when our vehicle was under warranty and it was fixed in December of 2020. This was the same problem and now the car was out of warranty. We had to pay a $275.00 diagnostic fee when we knew what the problem was. The vehicle is clearly displaying the problem. We then asked if we could negotiate the price of the repair since it was a recurring problem and we were told no. We asked if the diagnostic fee could be put toward the repair and again we were told no because its a separate service. The first person, Gil, who initially took care of us was great. However, Bernard who was the person who we dealt with when we went to pick up the vehicle could use some assistance in the customer service department. He didn't seem to want to understand what we were saying and said, we had to call Chevrolet to discuss this issue. How would we even go about doing that! We asked for the Service Manager and were informed that he had gone home but he did not offer to have him call us or try in any way to accommodate our request.

I thought, mistakenly, that I had made an appointment to have my 2025 High Country serviced. Turns out I didn't. Shyanne said you could do the work right then which was a huge relief to me because I live 30 miles away. She said it would be about two and a half hours which was fine. However she surprised me 90 minutes later by telling me my truck was ready. Many thanks for fitting me in and exceeding my expectations!

I love Concord Chevy since Pittsburg destroyed my last SUV. People at Concord are super nice, I was just a little concern that I got a call to recommend new front breaks at $848.00 when i still have 45% of life on my break pads. Also, it takes the service person 10-15min to take out my car once the service is done. Last time it took 22min. I love Chevy Concord thank you for all that you do.

Everyone was courteous when I showed up, and the service was fast. The only downsides unfortunately were: - The car was not washed. I would expect any dealership to offer complimentary car wash especially for first visits (that’s standard) - No one went over what the service performed and details, I was just handed a paper to sign and get in the car. I had to ask repeatedly and they seem to not know much, and just say “software updates”. Again, not something I’m used to at other dealerships.

While I was a little skeptical about visiting the dealership having had a bad experience at another Chevy dealership over the hill, the service rep I worked with, Edward Chavez, was a breath of fresh air. He was welcoming and really listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle and did not give me the “I don’t know about cars so I’m going to take advantage” treatment. His communication was true to his word and would call with an update when he said he would. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

I was super lucky that the man who sold me my vehicle two Years ago was now a service writer. He helped me greatly and gave me the highest quality care that could be possible!! What a great employee.!! In my own world i have no job for 22 years after being dead in a coma for a month from 3xbypass open heart surgery in 2003. The service included a free car wash which was a fantastic surprise well appreciated. !!!! A small item but HUGE for me!! Every penny counts in my life and this helped me and lifted me UP!!! I had a coupon thru the internet from the dealer which also cut my costs.!! More Great help in a tight Budget.Im on fixed income and handicapped/disabled.... Every penny counts and all help in life is always appreciated...That a dealer and staff took such great care of me is ,,,in this tight financial world,,,and the great service handled,,,will make me be back as a RETURN CUSTOMER for my future NEEDS!!! This is I am SURE Exactly what Corporate management is shooting FOR!!!! Thanks to all Involved!!! MR MICHAEL REESINK !!!!!

Your technician said I need to replace my brakes for almost $800 because they are in bad condition. Not wanting to pay $800, I took my truck to a brake shop. Our salesperson Mat Haile was excellent. His product knowledge was outstanding, including as to all the high-tech features in the trucks. Normally car shopping is a very unpleasant experience for me, but Mat was the opposite of what I had been preparing for before arrived at the dealership. He was very personable and genuine, and exactly the right person for what we needed. The rest of the team was very good as well. Charles Cambruzzi was very helpful in assisting us with getting the phone apps set up and dealing with some technical complications. Carl Rogers the Manager was great in working with us to get the price finalized. The Finance Manger John Cooper was very helpful and easy to deal with at the end of the process. We were there 3 different days, and really appreciated all of the help from everyone.

Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to make the appointment. Called several times per week for two weeks and kept getting voicemail. Left voicemail but never got called back. Finally got through to someone and made an appointment. The appointment itself was excellent - Bernard was helpful. The car was supposed to be finished in 4 hours, but I didn't receive a call. I called back at the fifth hour and again could not reach anyone to confirm that my car was ready. At the 6th hour, the shop was about to close when I received a text saying my car was ready and that I had 30 minutes to pick it up.

When it first looked like I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle in the timeframe and on the terms I wanted, Carl stopped me from walking off the lot and personally brought me back in to make the numbers work. Then Jag worked tirelessly to find me a vehicle that matched my needs on a 24 hour turnaround and secured it on a dealer trade. Fernando drove the trade 1.5 hours north and brought back my truck the next morning, and by the end of the day 24 hours later we had a deal. I was initially helped by Ryan for my oil change and engine air filter. I have gotten these services before and it does not take long, so I waited for my car to be done. After two hours I had to ask if the estimated wait time was accurate as it listed 5 more hours after the 2 I had already waited. Carl was very helpful and got my car within the next few minutes! I have been a regular customer of the Chevrolet dealership for several years. On this visit, as always, everything was great. The car was accepted for repair. Within a day, after diagnostics, they called and informed me of the cause of the breakdown and the measures being taken. What can I say?! When I call with car issue, I always get listened to regarding the issue at hand, and an appointment is made to be seen. I'm treated with respect and authenticity. I've had a lot of dealing with Concord Chevrolet and over the years, I have put my trust solely in Rodney Phelps, Fleet Service Dealer. I very seldom will answer most surveys because most places don't really take the time to read. However, in the beginning when I purchased my used 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, I had a terrible experience with most of those I came in contact with. I had issues and tried to get someone to listen and help. It took quite a while until someone really listened, believed in me, and found problem that GM acknowledged and fixed. I never want to go through that ever again or hope no other person is treated like I was. I stayed away for quite a while until one day I had no other place to go and then I returned. Rodney Phelps was service manager at that time, and he listened to car problem at hand. He really listened to my complaints and never once made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Respect and trust, especially in this day and age, are hard to find. However, when you treat one another as you want to be really treated, good things come about in all walks of life. So I can't talk for all, but I can say, my experience so far is genuine, trust, respect and a terrific job well done.

When I first arrived, I said Good Morning, to one of the service advisors and he did not respond to me. When I came to pick up my vehicle, there was no one at the cashier counter so I walked back out to the service area, and was told to go back to the cashier area and ask one of the guys in the office to the right of the counter for help. When I did this, I was told, no, we can't process a payment, you have to go back to the service area. When I got back to the service area, there was no apology for me having to go back and forth just to make a payment and pick up my car. I was disappointed with the rude and unfriendly service. We have been bringing our Chevy vehicles here for quite a few years, at least 10 years, and the last two years, the customer service has really declined. I am going to look for another Chevrolet dealership in the area to service our vehicles from now on.

It was just a regular service. Very simple. You should know that on the screen on the wall behind the service advisors, it was looping an ad for an old Bolt EV (2020?) as thought it were a new car and suggesting I go talk to a sales person. You really need to change this because it tells me that you guys don’t pay attention to details. I mentioned it to the service advisor, and he knew, so it’s not like you guys aren’t aware.

I live 40 miles from Concord Chevrolet. When I arrived at the dealership, I explained that I would wait for my truck to be service. Manuel said it would be about 4 hours. I sat down and read a book for an hour and became hungry. I noticed the salesman who sold me the truck and said hello. We chatted, his name is Jag. I asked him if there were restaurants nearby and he gave me directions. So far so good. There was some rain in the area and he handed me his business card and said if I get caught in the rain to give him a call and I'd be picked up. I was flabbergasted! That is true customer service. The truck was finished early as well. Those things from my perspective are things that Concord Chevrolet needs to be proud of!

I have a GM Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan that I purchased from the Novato Chevrolet dealer when I bought the truck. The Service Advisor explained that they only honor $120 of that agreement and that the oil check well exceeded that amount. It was also recommended that the wheels be rotated. Ther total cost quoted was $276, which I would be responsible to pay everything over $120. I spoke to the Service Department and Financial Department of Novato Chevrolet, and they said that this was incorrect. I had already left a message with Ryan Ford but had not heard back from him. I called again the following mid-morning and left a voicemail, as Ryan failed to call me back. I called near the end of the following day and finally spoke with Ryan. He said the Service Advisor was correct and this is all they would honor from the Pre-Paid Maintenance Program. I also asked what is included in the oil change that I paid $60.60 for. He said a 14-point check, which I never received a copy of. Also, that the tires would be set to specification, which the invoice reflected. When I drove away, I noticed that the tires had not been done (I immediately looked and took a picture of the display). Ryan said fluids (except DEF) are topped off, which they weren't. This matter is being elevated to the GM Rep per Novato Chevrolet, as I paid for a service that is not being complied with and is with GM and does not identify any dealerships that opt in or opt out. I have spoken with other local Bay Area dealerships, and they said they honor the agreement, no matter where it was purchased. I won't return to Concord Chevrolet and will freely share this incident with others.

I appreciate the efforts by the service staff to fix my Tahoe. My Tahoe was with you for 4-5 days, M-F(dropped off by tow truck on Monday night). Day 1: Tuesday, my Tahoe could not be fit into the service line-up. Days 2-3: waited for a new computer component or system to be installed in the overhead console. I was called initially by my service coordinator about the issue and the part needed for me to approve everything. I never heard from him again... I called Chevy on the morning of Friday before 8 am. I was told the part came in, my Tahoe would be fixed that morning, but again, I was not contacted. I called Chevy on Friday in the morning. I was told my service rep was off that day. Note: I had called the Chevy Service department around 4:30 on Monday when I was waiting for my tow truck. The service operator said I had an appointment for Tuesday, so I was curious about why my Tahoe had not been looked at until Wednesday. My last experience at Concord Chevrolet, my Tahoe was fixed the same day (I realize having the parts on hand and the open space for an appointment helped with that, I am not stupid.) My Tahoe was also washed for me. I thought that was pretty cool. Concord Chevrolet had my Tahoe from Monday night to Friday at 4 pm. Tahoe was ready Friday morning. It would have been great to have had a complimentary basic wash...at the very least before I picked it up at 4pm.

Have only brought my car to your dealership. Always have had great service. I really like my Bolt and have had no problems. 2017 with 58000 miles. Made an appt to service the car specifially to change the collant. I had tires checked, rotated/balanced and brakes checked at my tire place at 54000 miles. The cabin filter was changed recently. At appt, quote for collant flush was $789. That was fine. Received a call couple hours later that "front axle washers" required replacement and cost is $797.58. As I work and took the day off to service car for collant flush, no plans were made by me to excuse myself from my work schedule the next day...So under the circumstance, I agreed when manny called. As I now have time to think without pressure, I feel your dealership may be biased. I am a 79 year old female of minority descent (Asian). Your charge to me for materials: 2 nuts 13208079$21.86, 2 nuts 11609282(s) $25.72, tota l$47.58. Charge to me for removal and replacement, clean and install was an additional $797.58.plus tax. Again, is the dealership biased towards "senior females, minorities" when discovering issues and not allowing the owner to have time to triage the issue, and just say OK. go ahead?? As the site offers response to publish responde to GM or the dealership, Please publish. I will also do locally. Thank you for reaching out to elicit experiences with interactiont with your dealership.

I actually hate this dealership. I always have to wait (no other customers in front of me, just no service intake staff available). They have no shuttle service to my town. They suggested $8,000+ of work to be done for a $38,000 car on my last visit. Totally annoying.

I was totally pleased with my experience at the dealership, but this is the third time I have had the "Shift to Park" problem on my 2017 Chevy Volt. The first time it happened, it was covered under warranty. The second time it happened, the warranty rules had changed and it was no longer covered. So for me, the problem has happened, on average, every 3 years. And I've paid to repair it twice. I never expected for a major component of my car to fail this often. So I'm planning on getting rid of the car before the dealership's warranty on this repair runs out. Hoping to not have to make this repair for a fourth time - finger's crossed!!

Dropping the truck off was odd. There were a three or four service techs at their stations but no one looked up as I pulled into the service bay behind one other empty car. I had an email from the dealership with a button to press when I arrived to "notify my service tech" and I did so but no one approached me. After 3-4 minutes, I finally exited my truck to announce that it was my first time there and I didn't know the procedure. One responded "someone will be with you shortly." A couple of minutes later a tech (not the one shown on the link) approached me and checked me in. I waited for my service, checking the link that I had been sent to follow my progress. The link finally informed me that the service was complete and provided views of the results, but no one came to tell me. I kept looking outside to see if my truck had been brought out. After five minutes I went out to the bay and approached the service tech that had helped me earlier. He was very polite and let me know that my car was finished and after a minute he gave me my paperwork, keys, and pointed me to my truck parked around the corner. While the tech that helped me was very polite, I felt no sense of urgency from the anyone. It was quite off putting.

The service advisor had my car for 3 days only for tire sensors. I told the advisor I needed the wok to be done on Monday. He said i should have called. He should have called me. I put it in a text message to begin work on Monday. I arrived Monday afternoon. It was not done. He did not do the work. I had spent a lot of money for repairs and he just was not communicative. No call no service no communication. I had my expenses run up for uber to work. Not to happy.

My service advisor was excellent and did a good job of communicating. However the issue I had was around the tire match policy that is on the website. I found the same tire lower at America's Tire company and the parts department made it excessively difficult to get the price match. The back and forth required for some reason delayed the techs working on the 30K service which mean that instead of the car being ready at or before 3 as originally promised it was not completed until almost 5. My wife was dropped off at 3:30 by a work colleague and had to wait over an hour for the car to be ready. I was told the tech that was supposed to work on our car got pulled to another job and got stuck there delaying our vehicle (even though we had a 7:45 appointment)

My husband and I drove in the Concord lot and immediately was welcomed by Nadar. He was friendly. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us some cars. We liked the blue one, so he let us take a test drive. He was not pushy like a salesman could be. We liked the blue Equinox. Then he brought us in the sales room to buy the car. Another salesmen by the name of Jag helped up seal the deal. He was great. They both are an asset to the Chevrolet company/family. Thank you.

Overall, a good service but you could tell the car cleaning was rushed. Floor mats were not put back in place properly and there were a few missed spots with the cleaning.

I went to Concord Chevrolet to get a closer look at an eBlazer. Charles Cambruzzi asked if he could answer any questions. He told me that the only eBlazer still in production is the high-performance SS version, which I didn't want. It turns out that the eBlazer and both versions of the Equinox are too small inside. He showed me a Traverse, and long story short, that was just the right fit for me. I wanted a particular color combination that apparently is pretty rare. Charles searched dealer inventory, and none were found in the area. I was allowed to get a factory build order, but the wait was pretty long. Charles continued to search inventory, and found one exactly like I wanted. I took delivery last week. All the people I worked with at Concord Chevrolet were focused on giving me what I wanted, and making sure I was satisfied. They all seemed glad to do all this, not like they were checking off boxes on a list of best practices.

Your Dealership is very efficient and my Oil change didn't take a long time, just 2 hours, but I had no appointment, my appointment somewhere else messed me up so since my car was a Cheve type I went there as I was lost and late already. It took me right then and I'm waiting area was very nice and warm and there was a cooking show on TV. That was interesting. Thankyou also for being so polite and caring and nice.

The back-and-forth communications could be improved. I initially called for an appointment and was told that I’d get a return call which never happened. So I drove to the Chevrolet dealer and was promised an 8:15 AM appointment for the following business day. When did I arrive for the appointment, I was told that it was not on the schedule. Fortunately the service person did put me in the queue for the callback.

Brought my truck in for 15K service. Basically they rotated the tires. They had inflated tires different than spec. But that is not the issue. Drove my truck home and it is dead. No power, App says i need to have it serviced. Too big of a coincident.

Everyone I interacted with was fine. But when I found out that it would take more than 5 hours to do a tire rotation, I was a little disappointed. But I was given a loaner vehicle and that was fine. After 7 hours of them having my vehicle the only thing I thought that would’ve been a no brainer, would have been to run it through a car wash for me, but they didn’t! It’s the little details that sometimes make customers feel better and more satisfied.
